We've just had city fiber here and been told to contact you for a WiFi dongle to get internet to work on our pc. Can you send one out to us?

You will have to supply your own solution, Sky don't support PC hardware!!

@CT27 I'm not sure sky provides dongles you would have to call and ask as we're fellow customers here not sky support

@CT27 A Dongle? Does your PC not have inbuilt wifi or an ethernet card?

If this is what you are wanting Sky to provide then I'm afraid they don't, PC accessories/upgrades would be your responsibility to sort out.

If it's new modern PC then it usually has ethernet inbuilt.

Can you clarify what exactly it is you're trying to achieve here?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
