Idiotic

OK explain to me how this works....my internet goes down. I ring 150 from my phone to report. It tells me to go online to try and fix.....huuhhh my internet is down.

The diagnostics can be triggered from a smartphone using cellular data.

I don't think those two statements are necessarily connected.

 

In the complete absence of internet access you'd need to persist with getting through to a Sky call centre: this is best achieved by not responding to the automated voice prompts.

 

A Nokia 1011 from 1992-94 is really rather collectable but would struggle to find a 2G signal these days.
