WiFi disconnecting frequently

Wifi service keeps disconnecting very frequently. Tried switching off and on the router but no luck. It comes back without any intervention. But the disconnection is so frequent that even a min video keeps buffering every 10 sec to load.

@Highlinder Am not able to login with both the credential options. Am sure am entering the correct WiFi password. It just keeps prompting to enter the credentials again. Could this also be part of the issue? Or am missing something..?

@AmrithaSo you use admin as the username and your password using the Wi-Fi password on the router unless you have changed the system password on the router.

My Internet  not working since yesterday. I try so many time restart  but still not working

@Dani181 Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
