We have just plugged in our new router after accepting a 2 year contract and getting round to actually plugging it in, the speed is slower than our old one which we were guaranteed would not happed and also we were told we would have better and faster signal in all rooms in the house which is not the case, the router also goes from a steady white light to a flashing orange and green which means we keep loosing signal, we were initially going to be leaving sky but decided tk try this new offer router and offer we were told about, if this is the connection speed and signal strength we are to expect then we will be leaving as we originally planned. We hace already cancelled the sky tv a few month ago.
can u sort the connection speed and signal yes or no ?
