WiFi constantly dropping out
Last week our WiFi has been intermittent and we have been losing connection.
this seemed to be a common issue that you were aware of and we thought it was sorted (with you offering additional data to my mobile account as compensation - which I don't need).
Today we have lost connection numerous times and I have had to reset my router 7 times (so far).
I have only recently renewed this contract however if we are going to constantly have connection issues I will be requesting to cancel as both myself and my husband work from home regularly.
Can this urgently be looked into please as the service provided is not what I signed up to/am paying for.
Regards
Nicola

Re: WiFi constantly dropping out
@nbtommo posting on the forum does not get to Sky so you will have to call them to get their support.
It sounds like a line issue which can be frustratingly difficult to fix especially if you are still on a partial fibre service. Using the aging copper phone network to ditrubute high speed broadband was always a bit iffy but now Openreach have decided to switch to full fibre it does mean they are reluctant to do anything more than the absolute minimum to repair the copper lines.
