WiFi connection

Hi, I've been having many issues with my wifi connection ever since I've been a customer I've connected you guys on many occasions but the connection hasn't got any better. I can be sat in the same room as the wifi router as still loose connection. I have 1 booster pod and this hasn't help, I need this problem fixing as I'm not being about to use my services properly and I'm paying for this to be able to work from home as I need the WiFi for my job!
