WiFi connection error, when checking the service it says everything is fine but it's not

My WiFi isn't connecting to phones and computers properly. Keeps saying 'connection error' but when I have ran the checks it says everything is fine. There's 3 lights on the router and I have tried to reset it but its the same thing and it's been like this for 3 days now. How can this be fixed because I'm paying for a service that isn't working

@Amy156Did you re-start the router 48 minutes ago yourself? Are all of these devices you are having problems with connected via Wi-Fi?

That's correct, we restarted the router and all the devices connected to it belong to ourselves

@Amy156  How is the PC connected? Do you have full coverage of Wi-Fi throughout the property?

The PC is connected via an ethernet cable which has always been the case and we did receive it throughout the whole house apart from the last 3 days
