WiFi Max Hub free

I noticed they are offernig the max hub for new broadband users on the gigafast package at £44.

However my renewal is £44 with my current hub the black hub 4 why do i not get the new hub?

@BAKER126 simply because that is the policy nothing as customers we can do anything about. However the while the new hub does support WiFi6 it has no greater range, isnt compatable with Sky's Q tv system and has less customer controls it may beca blessing in disguise.

Didn't realise it was not compatible with sky q, I have sky q . That sounds bizarre will they release one in the future which works?
