iPhone instagram etc not great on sky wifi

When using my iPhone in house with sky broadband. Instagram and tick tock etc struggle even though there is a great signsl

Try going to your my sky app -> product settings -> broadband shield and disable it or go to custom settings and untick social media

Have already disabled shield last week but still having issues.
