Wi-Fi slow

Hi

I was expecting a new Wi-Fi box 5 days ago but never arrive.

 

I have had enough paying for a service that Sky are not proving 

 

can some please call me ASAP

@LDUFFYSKY you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum so nobody will call you. Either call Sky yourself or post your hub's stats and a few details of the speed issues you are seeing and forum members maybe able to help see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
