Bad broadband connection

Just moved over to sky broadband and service is so slow or not connecting.

can anyone help, as everyone in house is moaning

@Deanclerk log into the My Sky app and click to run the connection test do not rely on the result of the last test. That will tell you the spedd the hub is connecting at, the history for tge last few days and how thst compares to the guaranteed speed for your line. Sky will not accept speed complaints for the first 10 days as that is how long connections over copper lines take to optimise but it will give a guide..

 

If those speeds look ok your issue could be poor wifi in your home or too many users trying to share the bandwidth.
