Wi-Fi not working

Wi-Fi connection keeps randomly dropping out, it wasn't working for about 8 hours on Monday, so I booked an engineer appointment, then it came back on so I cancelled the appointment. This morning it has dropped again, no internet connection and the Wi-Fi light on the router is off and/or flashing orange. I've tested the connection on the sky website and it says there isn't an issue. I've also tried the steps recommended of resetting, unplugging, plugging back in etc etc. I work from home and need a reliable Wi-Fi connection, please can this be looked into asap. Thanks

As we are customers here we can not look into this for you so I don't know what tests you have run so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
