Tracking
I ordered Sky ultimate tv and broadband yesterday and haven't recieved any confirmation emails. When I check online it says to contact for an update on my order.

@Rio-Louise If you have the message that you need to contact for an update you will have to call Sky, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers and the few Sky staff here cannot assist as the escalation process is currently unavailable.
