New Max Hub not working
Set up the new Sky Max hub today after the service had been activated. However the PON light is not illuminated on the Openreach hub. Trying to get this sorted as an engineer cannot visit until the weekend and absolutely everything relies on a broadband connection! Image here of our set up. Any ideas would be so so welcome.
All that is plugged into the back of the hub is the Ethernet cable in Port 4 WAN and the power lead.

@Lealea89 You did receive the text from OR and Sky that the system was active, no Pon light then no connection, but sky does have until midnight to activate it all! Looks like you also need to replace the batteries in your BBU also!
Does look like you have a POS light on but why NO power light on for the older styled ONT?
