Wi-Fi not connecting, phone line has continual tone and intermittently rings for 30 seconds then stops

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Brian04 run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if it reports a known issue with your line. If there isnt give Sky a call to report it. Loads of issues currently mainly linked to the very wet weather.
