Low WiFi connection
Hi we have been struggling with our WiFi connection for a week or so now. So much so that my partners phone has started connecting to next doors sky WiFi instead of ours. Is there any reason for this? Our box and booster are plugged in and our tv is always working, but on our phones and tablets it's never at full strength. Especially upstairs.

@Lisa-P1987 i have sent a new request to the team. The brightly coloured chat icon should show on the forum page when the request is actioned. If you cant see it make sure you are logged into the forum if it still doesn't show up use a different browser and make sure any pop-up blockers are off.
