My Sky app has told me that everthing looks good but my hub has two orange lights on, one for broadband and one for voice and I have no connection to the hub on any of my devices.

How long has it been like this? It may take the Sky checker a little while to pickup the problem.

It's been like this all day, well since I got up at 6am this morning, it may have been off longer.
