Hi all,
The internet in the house sometimes drops out when our landline phone is called. If it does not drop completely, it will slow down to a crawl. We had an engineer in last year to take a look, as these things go, the issues were not present when we tested it by calling the house, and no issues were found.
Generally, the connection has been stable in recent months, but it will sometimes act up, slowing down and dropping. Resetting the router several times is required to fix this.
If anyone knows of any troubleshooting I can do on my end, that'd be great. Our setup is a Sky Broadband hub, connected to an Openreach master socket, via an ADSL microfilter. Router stats and logs are below.
Thanks,
Poyle.

yeah I'd recommend a new microfilter as a first troubleshooting step
