Wi-Fi not working

My Sky app has told me that everthing looks good but my hub has two orange lights on, one for broadband and one for voice and I have no connection to the hub on any of my devices.

How long has it been like this? It may take the Sky checker a little while to pickup the problem. 

We can always escalate your post to chat with a Sky advisor if needed.
