Discussion topic: Wi-Fi issue

My Wi-Fi keeps going on and off, it has been like this for a few week now. It is going off for 5 minutes and then back on again. However, 2 week ago it was off for a full night. I have done all the steps the chat box asked me to do but it's still continuing to happen.
