Wi-Fi connection suddenly stopped

I recently had my upgrade to Skyfall fibre completed just yesterday – just over 24 hours later I am faced with an issue where none of my devices can connect to the router, though it says the Wi-Fi is working with a green light there is a yellow light Next to something which says voice – I don't even know what that is. 

I've seen a lot of people complaining from last year that they also have this problem as soon as they were upgraded to fibre

@TSmithy171 an amber Internet light means the hub has lost connection as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
