Slow wife

My wifi is very slow and I am practically unable to access files on my laptop. My internet speed test Iis giving me 2.13Mbps for download and 2.71Mbps for upload or lower.

Have you ran the line test in the My Sky app? Does it show the correct speed there?

Yes I did. It all works well now. I dpoke to SKY customer service.
