Hi!
Basically, my Wifi and Broadband hasn't been working recently. It's started on Christmas Eve and it's been on and off and I've already called Sky and they said there was a problem and it was already being worked on but it's still been on and off and it's been about 2 weeks since since called and it's completely turned off at times and I'm stuck. Do I call again or any advice?

also it's saying my hub isn't responding when i try the connection then saying tests are unavailable
