Why should I bother! Sky won't respond

Im exhausted with trying! The service for the last few months is either down, intermittent, or slow! But the service checker says i am getting more than agreed, and refuses to pass me to a human! This is ridiculous! Shocking! And most definitely breech of contract! But getting someone to listen is almost impossible! Every post I see on here is the same! What's the point of this forum! Upgrade to the last model it suggest? I did that six months ago, and I got about four months before it's playing up again. Sky team, let's try discuss this! You have my number!

No, we don't. You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are. You will need to initiate contact.
