Why did I bother coming back to sky?

Tbh I'm quite frustrated that I thought the years away from sky would have meant they had improved their products.. It seems not. Days and days of 0.0mb recorded on my BB.. Sky stream pucks crashing, terrible customer service and support, mostly sending me here to the echo chamber of other disgruntled customers... I'd post images of the issues but yes.. They don't allow it so that prospective customers cannot see the trash we have to put up with.

@JavelinSam sorry you are unhappy with your Sky kit but honesttly if things were as bad as you post why do Sky have over 12 million customers in the UK? The truth is Sky's products whike not perfect work as designed for most people. This forum iis here to help support customerscwhen things go wrong by harnessing the experiences of other customers who use the same products themselves. If you want help please post some details of your set up and issues. However if you just want to vent please do.

I can't help with your broadband I'm afraid, but to be fair, this is more to do with spam, plus having control over stopping inappropriate images being shared and is common on a community platform like this.

The more you engage with the community the more points and then rights you get, it's spam control and gamification, nothing personal I promise.

Personally, I suspect more prospective customers get their pre-sale insight from the likes of TrustPilot than a customer to customer support community that 99% of the time is helping users deal with issues.

Well, I do. Mind you, Sky does have a 2.6 star rating... 😳

"gamification", every day is a schoolday (and I've had a lot of them now 😩).

As for Trustpilot, people who are happy with a service and who get an email or text asking them to post a review are much more likely to just delete them as opposed to unhappy customers, so you have to take them with a large pinch of salt.
