Absolute joke
You report a problem to sky
They send an openreach guy 3 days later ( not open reaches fault )
They come and then discover the problem is not the signal but the router
To which he asks
this is a new router correct ? Yes I reply
Ok could you get the old one ?
So I did
He connects it and and problem is fixed
But sky told me only a matter of months ago that my old router was no good snd that I needed to upgrade to the new one at extra cost ,
Them have the cheek to send a message saying that they had fixed my issue
All they have done is put my back on poor Internet at an inflated cost
Fair play sky no wonder you make billions every year
Disgusting way to treat a customer who has been wither a very long time

Yes, because at the minute you apparently have no means of contacting anyone. What are you typing on at the minute?
