When I change the defualt password to connect to the wifi, I can only connect my laptop to the wifi. All other devices are told the password is incorrect

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@gareth1234561 this type of issue can often be sorted by telling the device to forget the connection and then adding it afresh, on some devices you may have to reboot the unit and in extreme cases factory refresh.
