Have you tried disabling Sky Shield? Does your broadband generally work okay other than this call issue?

Thanks for your reply, The broadband shield hasn ot been diabled. it is enabled all the time.

Internet works fine in other devices and applicaitons, but some time buffers on certain videos in youtube.

I would try disabling it then, it can sometimes cause issues with social media/messaging apps.
