Web page buffering

Hi, I recently recieved my router and started with sky/ NOW broadband. I am having constant issues with the connection dropping and webpages buffering/ taking a long time to load. I have run the diagnostic test online that says there are no issues.

@Ed954  What colour hub do you have, black or white?

Re: Web page buffering

@GD1 its a black one. When you first try to search something or open a webpage it seems to stutter and wait a minute then after multiple refreshes it will load it quickly as normal.

@Ed954  Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Re: Web page buffering

Hi, did you get this solved? Having same problem with my Sky router (black), web pages waiting ages before loading. Mobile data is quicker. 🤷‍♂️

Re: Web page buffering

@Pual45 Take a look at the link and say what sky hub from the pictures you see is the one you have by name!

Re: Web page buffering

@Pual45 Did you just reset the hub? only six minutes of use, and do not like your U0 value, run this cloudflare test link below, and pay close attention to upstream especially for lost packets! Looks like you copied the original posters reply if so correct for yours!

https://speed.cloudflare.com/

Also take a look at the BTW for your line speed, hard to say with that possible new layout! Use the address function and fill the required fields, if you do capture and post it be sure to hide all the personal details!
