OK, I'm sorry about the lack of response, I will wait a couple of more weeks to let Sky have a chance to improve on the situation!, before any escalation. I am new to Sky, so it's only fair, I was expecting only answers from an audience on what they thought. However, if it doesn't improve, rest assured I will be back, thanks though for initial response and Happy New Year to everyone.
