Weak security

As per multiple complaints...weak security causing multi interruptions to WiFi / broadband - how do I reconfigure as I think that's what I'm expected to do?

@elle111 the default security on Sky hubs meets all of the standard requirements by default the black hubs uses WPA2 WiFi secirity. On the white hubs that can be switched to WPA3 assuming your devices support that. The default passcodes are complex again meeting indutry and UK government standards. Why do you think "weak security is causing mutiple interuptions to WiFi/broadband?

Thecforum is a customer-to customer channel so expecting a response in one minute is somewhat unrealistic.

Are you perhaps referring to pop-up alerts on an Apple device?
