Broadband is working ok but WiFi signal in 2 upstairs rooms.

When downstairs near the router everything is fine, but WiFi connection keeps dropping in 2 rooms upstairs. Extremely frustrating when working from home and video calls drop. How can we get a WiFi booster in both rooms? Chat function doesn't really help and struggling to find answers on how to contact Sky.

All I get from the chat is to do a test, which says everything is fine (which it isn't). Moved from BT as broadband was poor but better than this and at least could contact them. 

Everything else says you can get pods if on Max package. I'm on the Max package but unsure how to request them??

@Darrenmc11 You need to call sky to get even the very 1st one! Calling is dial 150 from your landline phone, or if you have a sky mobile it's the same number.

@Darrenmc11 dialling 150 on a mobile willconnect you to your mobile provider not Sky. Dial any of Sky's numbers starting 03 if using a non-Sky line.
