Re: We’re setting up your hub stuck
Hi thanks I have gone past the first hurdle. The big problem i have now is that none of my CCTV works externally and this is because of the MAP-T configuration.
WAN IP Address:151.230.144.162 (Shared using MAP-T)
is there a way that you can set this such that I have a dedicated public IP address otherwise this will fail and i will need to cancel SKY and go back to virgin.

You can ask Sky to remove Map-T, but they don't offer fixed IP on any of their domestic broadband products.

@Asum You don't want to be displaying your wan IP for all to see! You can call sky and they will drop you off a shared MAP-T iPv4 address!

Re: We’re setting up your hub stuck
thanks for direction and advice. Unfortunately i did call SKY CS was on a call with the tech guy for about an hour and he was unable to do so. He didnt have any option to turn off the MAP-T or resolve this problem and said he couldnt even escalate to the any teams and so therefore advised me to go to the sky community forum. and so here i am lookign for a solution
