Tv saying no broadband connection for weeks now, not recording shows even though you say I have full

Same , no connection on Sky broadband but you say I have this has gone on for weeks lots of shows not recorded

@Loose+women What sky TV box are you recording to sky Q or sky HD+, have you checked that you have space to record left on the unit?
