We have been having issue with a bad WiFi connection for the past two weeks. I

I can hardly use the WiFi on my phone and we haven't been able to connect our thermostat as the Internet keep disconnecting. The issue has persisted so we need it to be looked at please

Have you tried running the line test in the My Sky app?
