Watching film on Disney + also tried to watch it on Firestick and it keeps buffering constantly

However if the issue is present on other titles and other apos the issue is poor WiFi near the TV which would require some kind of booster/wifi extdnder. Sky sell a package that can give up,to 3 extenders called WiFi Max see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
Given its 2 days before Christmass simply rebooting the hub by switching the power off for a few seconds might help if the issue was interference from a neighbour's network as the hub will find the least congested wifi channel to use when it starts up.
