My WiFi is not working despite tests showing it's ok, it's not connecting from my devices and this seems to be a regular occurrence

If your hub has lost connection to the line and the My Sky app's connection test doesnt tell you Sky are aware of a fault call them to report it.if the hub is connected the issue is in your home with the WiFi connection from the hub to the device.
