Want change hub

good afternoon yesterday i got a call from sky .com assistant and offered to transfer to virgin to you i agreed but forgot to discuss the hub of the device itself i would like it to be for geymerav can i mention it in the order. i would be very grateful if someone could help me with this

That cannot happen as a result of a forum post: you'll need to call Sky.

@Martins92 If you have recieved e-mail conformation from sky, it will have fully documented what you are getting from them also so worth a look to see.

 

"Your Broadband Contract Summary and Information" will be the heading on that e-mail from them!
