The quality of my wifi is pathetic with the upload speed stagnant at 18MB\s and booking an engineer is an imposability as i am a school teacher and the availability of said apointments is pathetic. Furthermore actually getting in contact with sky is a disgrace and considering the silly ammount of money have been charged for this quality of service. I wish an email to properly contact someone who can actually do something and the ability to book an apointment either for an evening/weekend or time where i am off as they only allow booking 2 weeks in advance
this current level of service is not worth £138 a month
