We are trying to conect a PS3 and its asking for a WEP code but I cant find it. Would you be able to tell us what it is ?

WEP hasn't been an acceptable form of wireless encryption for a couple of decades: it was obsolete before the PS3 was released.

Apparently a PS3 can support WPA2-PSK, which is the minimum acceptable encryption level these days. A Q Hub and a Sky Broadband Hub will use that by default, but you'd need to reduce default security from WPA3-T if you have a white Max Hub.
