Very high latency

Good evening. I'm experiencing very high latency spikes and a very unstable network when under load. Could someone confirm the numbers I'm getting on your end and look to rectify them. Regards

@Evenus11 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum.By far the most common cause of ping spikes is packet loss caused by a poor wifi connection if you are using wifi thst is the first placecto look especially interference from neighbours' networks or your own equipment. If you are using a direct Ethernet connection then there can be other issues like the hub having to deal with many connections simultaenously - it cannot prioritise gaming traffic - server congestion or in rare cases its a routing or line issue..

 

Sky make no guarantees on latency for the simple reason most causes are outside their control.
