Hi,
Since i joined Sky from BT, i have been experiencing high latency and packet loss. I have recently moved from my previous address but issue is still happening.
I have frequent outages and packet loss, but when i call Sky they say everything seems to be OK.
I thought the issue i had was from my Ubiquity Dreams Machine. I have stopped using it now using only the SKY provided router but issue seems to be occurring almost everyday.
