I recently switched broadband provider from BT to SKY and I am now unable to connect my work laptop to its VPN and my company has explained that it is a SKY issue. I have tried trouble shooting with the hints and tips provided online with no luck. My wifi signal to my laptop has also decreased since switching to SKY event though I have upgraded my package. Any advice would be greatly recieved - thank you
