VERY POOR BOADBAND

Please, from today (12/04/2025) , the broadband has been very poor. I'm a Diamond customer and today is the first time, I'm very disappointed with your broadband. All members of our family laptops and phones are struggling to connect on & off with slow internet speed.

please help us urgently!
