Book a sky engineer

Hello, we have intermittent Internet for about 3 weeks now. It is affecting us watching tv and using the Internet. Phone line unaffected. We have changed one wire that looked slightly damaged and we have done all the other things suggested like turning it on and off. We really need someone professional to have a look as all the online tests are saying it's fine.

What wire is this? Perhaps posting an image of the wire would assist in helping you.
