Using my name
Good day, I have contacted sky before and they said they will look into it, I use to live at a address and I found out that the person there use my name to take out sky broadband and recently I found out they still using my name I am so upset I said I will get back to you all and see or for the coming week I will contact my solicitor this is stressing.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here as this is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.
They are probably still investigating this. You will need to recontact Sky as this isn't something fellow customers can help with.
You could consider a complaint if not resolved
