Recently upgraded to full fibre and now being asked to return the old hub or I will be charged.
Thing is I do not have the old hub I think the engineer took it with him as I do not have the old one I did not know I had to return it and I physically do not have it just the new one.
Suggestions on what to do would be helpful I cannot return what I do not have.

Unfortunately the engineer should not have been given or allowed to take the hub as it's not the correct return process. Have another look round for it otherwise you'll be charged the non return fee.
