So, I am currently on what Sky call the fastest available connection "superfast Broadband", and any attempt to upgrade says there is nothing fasster.
However, if I try again as a new customer, Fibre Ultrafast IS available to me - this is appealing as it is 3 times as fast, and only £2 a month dearer (for now)
So, there appears to be no ability to ask Sky why I can't upgrade - their "online assistant" is probably teh worst invention ever, and I cannot find a single contact telephone number - everything points to "use our online help"
Any ideas on why I cant have it as an existing customer, but a new one can?

Is it 100% the same address as it can vary by house number?
Do you know when your area went live for Ultrafast as sometimes it takes Sky a few weeks to offer customers the upgrade option

Hi
Thanks for replying.
Yes, it's 100% the correct address.
Neighbours either side of me are on fibre, but not with Sky. However, if one part of their website says I can, and another part says I can't, then I should really speak to them to find out.
Problem is, there is no known contact number
