I received my renewal quote this week and was looking at upgrading my broadband instead of staying in the same package. Would this just be as easy as starting a new deal or would I need to call Sky for them to do this for me?

For existing customers we would advise calling sky to upgrade. In the uk you can call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
