Lately the internet connection is dropping several times a day. After a couple of minutes the internet is back. The "internet" light in the Sky hub becomes orange, it blinks for a while and then it's green again. I already tried to switch off the router, check the cables and such, nothing wrong. The internet connection is pretty slow too, an average of 39 Mb/s while the minimum guaranteed is 63.
Can anyone help?

You would need to call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to request a line test and subsequent engineer visit. The line profile does suggest you should be on 80Mbps
